Emphasis in this level of protection specialist development is placed on technical skills that support the planning and conduct longer term, high risk protection assignment. This advance skill development program covers wide range of protection issues to include protection management, intelligence, terrorist weapons, attack case studies and conduct if international protection details. Supplemental skills at this level include large detail formations, special advance surveys, protective driving and motorcades, tactical firearms, defensive measures, protection at official functions and during vacations.
